These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vehicle Lab website and our engineering software products (CIE Pro, DiagAI, HELIX, MDX, and XHandbook). By using our website or software, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Software

Subject to a valid license or agreement, Vehicle Lab grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our software for your internal engineering purposes. You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the software except as permitted by law or a separate written agreement.

Licensing & Enterprise Agreements

Enterprise deployments, on-premise installations, and custom development are governed by the specific commercial agreement signed with Vehicle Lab. Where that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls.

Your Data & Responsibilities

You are responsible for the data you process with our tools and for ensuring you have the rights to use it. Because MDX and XHandbook run locally, you retain full control and custody of your engineering data at all times.

Intellectual Property

The software, website, and all related materials are owned by Vehicle Lab and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Disclaimers

Our products assist engineering analysis and decision-making but do not replace professional judgment. The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. You are responsible for validating results before relying on them in safety- or compliance-critical contexts.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vehicle Lab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or software.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
