Before you write
The more concrete, the faster this goes.
The useful details are the boring ones: which format the data comes in, how large the files get, which ECU documentation you have, what the bench looks like, and where the work currently gets stuck. That is enough for us to tell you whether the suite fits.
If your data cannot leave the building, say so in the first message. Every desktop instrument runs locally, and on-premise deployment is available for the rest — we will scope the call around that instead of asking you to upload anything.
